Nonetheless, Freddy is a driven individual eager to complete the Texas real estate pre-licensing course requirements as rapidly as possible.
We like his passion but want to help him succeed by preventing burnout, mental exhaustion, and unneeded stress.
We advise Freddy to limit his time in our classes to 6 hours a day at maximum.
This would allow him to divide his daily aim into two unbroken three-hour stints, allowing him to manage dinner and life’s myriad diversions and errands efficiently.

Setting a target of two hours daily in our courses would be an ambitious but achievable approach for Patti. (Think calm nighttime hours after the little one has gone to bed.)
We don’t recommend Patti study on weekends, as Freddy did, but if life gets in the way during the workweek, she may surely use those days to make up for missed time.
If Patti follows this timetable, it will take her three weeks to finish a single course and a little more than four months to complete all her classes.
Given the additional time it will take her to finish her studies, we recommend that Patti allow three to four weeks to prepare for the state test.
Even if she plays it cautiously, Patti might obtain her state license in six months. That would be quite an accomplishment!
